Return Process

Log into your ARES account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
